1. Introduction
Welcome to Tryfineline (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tryfineline tattoo try-on mobile application and services.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Tryfineline.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- All information you provide is accurate
- You have legal capacity to enter this agreement
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate age requirements.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may be required to register using:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Country
- Profile photo (optional)
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
4. Tattoo Try-On Functionality
Tryfineline allows users to upload photos or use their camera to preview tattoo designs on their body.
Results generated in the App are for visual simulation purposes only.
We do not guarantee:
- Exact tattoo placement accuracy
- Scale accuracy
- Final tattoo outcome on real skin
The App is intended for preview and inspiration only.
5. User-Generated Content (Images & Photos)
Users may upload photos and images into the App.
By uploading content, you agree that:
- You own the image or have permission to use it
- The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights
- The content is not illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive
Responsibility Disclaimer
Tryfineline does not accept responsibility or liability for any images uploaded by users.
We do not actively monitor all uploaded content.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and any consequences arising from it.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Tryfineline to:
- Upload illegal or copyrighted images without permission
- Upload explicit, hateful, or abusive content
- Impersonate another person
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the App
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of Tryfineline may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (Apple / Google).
Prices, billing cycles, and features will be displayed before purchase.
8. No Refund Policy
All purchases and subscriptions within Tryfineline are final and non-refundable.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time
- No refunds will be provided for accidental purchases
- No partial refunds will be granted for early cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your app store account settings. Access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
9. Intellectual Property
All App content, including:
- Tattoo designs (unless user-uploaded)
- Graphics
- Branding
- Software
- Features and functionality
are owned by or licensed to Tryfineline and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce App content without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tryfineline shall not be liable for:
- User-uploaded content
- Tattoo decisions made based on previews
- Dissatisfaction with tattoo outcomes
- Technical errors or interruptions
- Data loss or unauthorized access
Use of the App is at your own risk.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tryfineline harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:
- Your uploaded content
- Your misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
12. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Upload prohibited content
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
Termination may occur without prior notice.
13. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted in the App with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
16. Service Availability, Maintenance & Technical Delays
Tryfineline aims to provide uninterrupted access to the App and its services. However, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
From time to time, the App may experience temporary delays, interruptions, or limited functionality due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency maintenance
- Bug fixes or technical updates
- Server issues
- Software upgrades
- Third-party service outages
During such periods, certain features — including tattoo try-on previews, uploads, or account access — may be temporarily unavailable or slower than usual.
By using Tryfineline, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Service interruptions or delays may occur
- Maintenance work is necessary to improve performance and security
- Tryfineline is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages caused by temporary downtime or technical delays
We will make reasonable efforts to restore full service as quickly as possible.
By using Tryfineline, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
End User License Agreement (EULA) – Tryfineline

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Tryfineline (“we”, “our”, “us”), governing your use of the Tryfineline mobile application (“App”).
If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the App.
1. Acknowledgement
This Agreement is concluded between you and Tryfineline only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
2. Scope of License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Maintenance and Support
Tryfineline is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
4. Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
If any warranty is required by law and not effectively disclaimed, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if applicable).
5. Product Claims
Tryfineline is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including:
- Product liability claims
- Claims that the App does not conform to legal requirements
- Consumer protection claims
Apple is not responsible for such claims.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
If a third party claims that the App or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, Tryfineline will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claims.
7. Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.
8. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, including photos and images.
You confirm that you have the rights to use such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Tryfineline is not liable for user-generated content.
9. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require paid subscriptions:
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
- We do not process payments or issue refunds directly
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tryfineline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding its conflict of law rules.
13. Third-Party Terms
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App (e.g., your mobile data provider agreements).
14. Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce this Agreement against you.
